Wikki Tourist Grasp Christian Ekong From Enyimba - Legit Sports
Wikki Tourist have announce the signing of Npfl star Christian Ekong from @EnyimbaFC for the remaining of the 2022/2023 Npfl season.
The Bauchi based side reportedly hopes to fortify with the addition of Ekong who played for Dakkada FC and Enyimba FC before making a switch to the Giant Elephants.
Wikki in the last five matches have won two lost two and drawn one. After losing by a lone goal to Sunshine Stars at the Akure Township Stadium last month the Bauchi side will be hoping to take revenge when they host Sunshine come March 26th
Meanwhile Enyimba head Coach Finidi George has predicted that the second round of matches this season will not be a tea party as every team will be fighting to be in the top three.
The two-time CAF Champions League winners he however said will fight tooth and nail to ensure that top three is guaranteed
“It’s not going to be easy. Every team wants to be in the top three & our aim is to make sure we are among them. Hopefully we will achieve that,” he said.
