Shearer laments after Newcastle's loss Aston Villa - Legit Sports
Newcastle United great Alan Shearer admits they were “battered” by Aston Villa today.
Newcastle were thrashed 3-0 at Villa Park their worst defeat of the season.
Shearer commented online: “Well done Villa.
“Brilliant today. Not many teams have done this to Newcastle. They have battered them from start to finish and been better in every position.”
Earlier in the game, he also posted: “Villa been excellent. Newcastle been awful and very fortunate to still be in this. Eddies magic needed at HT.”
